商品出貨後，預計配送時間為 2–3 個工作天 (週一至週五，不含例假日)。實際到貨時間會依收件地點有所差異。

2. 重新妥善包裝您的商品。
3. 等待物流到府收件，並將包裹退回給我們。

收到並檢查退回商品後，我們將為您退款。退款將透過您購買時使用的原始付款方式進行，通常最多需要 14 天。

訂單下單成功後，訂單確認信將會寄送至您填寫的電子郵件信箱，您可以在訂單確認電郵中點擊「查詢訂單」，或者登入官網查看「我的帳戶」頁面中的「訂單狀況」。

要追蹤您的包裹，只需使用黑貓宅急便上輸入提供的追蹤號碼。
